SmartDV’s UFS (Universal Flash Storage) 4.x Host IP is a high-speed storage interface solution purpose-built for next-generation SoCs in mobile, automotive, and high-performance embedded systems. Fully compliant with JEDEC UFS 4.1 specifications, MIPI M-PHY v5.0, and MIPI UniPro v2.0 standards, it enables ultra-fast, low-latency communication with UFS 4.1-compatible memory devices at up to 23.2 Gbps per lane. Designed to meet the growing demands of modern storage-intensive applications, it delivers the throughput and reliability required by today’s most advanced SoC designs.

At a time when mobile and automotive applications are demanding ever-higher storage bandwidth with tighter power budgets, the UFS 4.x Host IP strikes the right balance between performance and efficiency. Its support for HS-Gear5, Multiple Circular Queue mode, and Host Performance Booster makes it well-suited for SoC designs where storage latency and throughput are critical differentiators.
