SmartDV’s ReRAM Verification IP is a comprehensive solution for verifying Resistive Random-Access Memory device interfaces, the emerging non-volatile memory technology offering zero-power data retention, high endurance, and byte-addressable access for IoT, automotive, industrial, and edge AI applications where traditional flash endurance limitations constrain frequent data updates. Compatible with SPI-interfaced ReRAM memory devices from leading vendors, it supports complete verification of ReRAM master and slave components across the SPI serial peripheral interface at up to 5 MHz, 4 Mbit density with 256-byte write buffer, data retention up to 10 years without backup battery, 1.2 x 10^6 rewrite operations endurance, block protection, WIP polling, and resistive-variable memory behavior modeling.
