SmartDV’s Ethernet 40G TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) MAC IP Core provides deterministic and time-aware Ethernet communication for real-time and safety-critical applications. It is ideal for industrial automation, automotive networks, and professional audio/video transport, combining 40G Ethernet throughput with IEEE 802.1 TSN functionality.

The IP core supports TSN features such as time-aware scheduling (IEEE 802.1Qbv), frame preemption (IEEE 802.1Qbu/802.3br), and time synchronization (IEEE 802.1AS), along with traffic shaping, VLAN tagging, and ingress policing. It enables precise control over traffic timing and delivery in complex, latency-sensitive systems.
